We are confident that you will love the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and import duties and taxes).

EASY RETURNS
To initiate a return, simply contact our dedicated customer service team at info@cheerylittlesheep.com with your order number. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags or packaging intact.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
NOTE:
* Material properties such as but not limited to durability, tightness or coarseness is not a subject of defect.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 1 business day. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note it might take up to 10 business to receive a refund depending on your payment method or bank.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for another piece from our collection, our customer service team will assist you in selecting the perfect replacement. If an item was gifted to you it may be exchanged for another item or a gift voucher. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method under which the gift was initially bought.
