Return policy

At Cheery Little Sheep we want you to love every piece you buy from us. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Just email us at info@cheerylittlesheep.com with your order number. You can also use the model cancellation form at the end of our Terms of Service.

After you tell us, you have another 14 days to send the item back. We will send you the return address.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the item back to us, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. In that case we pay the return shipping.

Your refund

  • We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you paid. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we refund only the cost of our cheapest standard delivery.
  • Import duties and taxes that you paid to customs are not paid to us, so we cannot refund them. Your local customs office may be able to refund them.
  • We refund within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. We may wait until we receive the item back, or until you show proof that you sent it, whichever happens first. In practice we usually process the refund within 1 business day after the item arrives.
  • The refund goes to the payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear.

Condition of returned items

Please pack the item carefully, ideally in its original packaging. You may look at and handle the item as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that (for example washed, knitted, cut or used for a long time) and has lost value, we may reduce the refund by that loss of value.

Items that cannot be returned

Items made to your own specifications or clearly personalised for you, for example a blanket in a custom size or a custom colour combination you requested.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos. You are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee: we will repair or replace the item, or give you a price reduction or a full refund. Normal characteristics of handmade natural wool (small differences in colour or thickness, some shedding at first) are not defects when described on the product page.

Exchanges and gifts

If you would like a different colour or size, contact us and we will help you choose a replacement. If an item was a gift, it can be exchanged for another item or a gift voucher. Refunds can only be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
